Various Components of Cement soil mixing plants:
Four Bin Feeder
With Single chassis construction, these feeder have radial gate at each bin. Opened at any position, these gates regulate aggregate flow. Various individual belts are below these gates to discharge material on gathering belt.
Vibrating Screen
Slinger conveyor on these wet mixers has single deck vibrating screen. This screen helps in removing oversize aggregate received through four bin feeder.
Slinger Conveyor
Main functioning of this Slinger conveyor is to receive aggregate from gathering conveyor and feeds it to Pug mill. These Slinger conveyor with 600 mm wide belt are inclined and mounted on idlers.
Pug Mill
Quick, continuous and homogeneous mixture of additives and aggregates is provided by a twin shaft pug mill mounted over antifriction bearing.
Water Tank
One/Two water tanks of 15/20 MT capacity are provided and fabricated from steel plates, manhole, flowmeter, pump etc.
Mineral Filler
Mineral filler in these wet mix helps to feed required quantity of mineral to the Pug mill. These mineral filler is fabricated with steel plates.
Control Cabin
With feather touch controls a fully automatic control panel is provided to control the quality and quantity of production. These control cabins have air conditioned comforts for the operator.
Optional with wet mix macadam plant:
