Tack  

With opening of a valve hot asphalt emulsion is injected, which is fully atomized by and internal spray ring, to create a high pressure spray bath producing an economical, thin tack coat.
   
Fill & Compact  

The positive displacement stone feeding is activated by a switch. Stone entering the airstream passes through the nozzle's internal high pressure spray bath, assuring complete coating at an economical 5% asphalt content = 17 tons per tank.
